Inspector Marx Howell is a recognized expert in the Forensic Application of Hypnosis (Police use) and Criminal Personality Profiling. Marx has provided training in Hypnosis and Criminal Investigative Analysis to numerous law enforcement personnel throughout the United States. Inspector Howell is a 32 year veteran of the Texas Department of Public Safety, a graduate of the FBI National Academy, served in the USMC, and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice.  Marx developed a unique NON - VERBAL Hypnotic Induction Technique which he has taught to hundreds of hypnotists and hypnotherapists throughout the United States and from other countries.
